Born and raised in South Louisiana’s Cajun and Creole cooking culture, Ann Hollowell added the thrills of Tex-Mex and international flavors while living in Texas, and her move to Mississippi brought her to traditional down-home Southern cooking. Her willingness to experiment, commitment to fresh and healthy ingredients, and sheer joy in cooking make her a delight in the kitchen and on the screen.
Tom Henkenius is a two-time Emmy award winning journalist and the executive producer of The Cooking Lady. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Henkenius burns off calories after the show as an avid cyclist and marathon runner.
