John Redmond, winner of the Irish National Press Award for outstanding sports reporting, is a former golf correspondent and group sports news editor with Irish Press Newspapers. Currently Director of the Sports Division for Slattery Public Relations of Dublin, he is a member of Elm Park Golf and Sports Club, a life member of Ballybunion Golf Club and an honorary life member of the European Club.
