When disaster strikes on one cold Christmas Eve, it’s up to Sugar Lump, a little orphan calf, to help Santa save Christmas! Across the world on this chilly night, boys and girls are waiting for Santa to soar over their roofs with his flying reindeer and bring presents, candy, and toys. But when Old Saint Nick and his team of reindeer fall sick during their nightly flight, it’s up to the cows on the Simmons farm to save the day.
Santa tucks his coughing, sneezing reindeer in the stable and hitches up the cows to pull the sleigh. It seems like the cows are ready to fly, but when Santa tries to order them up, he realizes he’s lost his voice! It’s up to Sugar Lump to call out each of the cows’ names in his loud voice and help Santa deliver the presents to children everywhere.
This retelling of the age-old Night Before Christmas poem is sure to become a classic itself with its holly, jolly, sore-throated Santa and little orphan Sugar Lump who saves Christmas for everyone.
